Dave was wonderful and I am very pleased with the job he did. He was a pleasant gentleman. He is very professional and knowledgable and personable too. And he was even on time (on a Sunday). That’s rare these days. I can tell he takes his job very serious. He took the time to explained everything to us, which again is rare. I well recommend the company to everyone I know because of him. I will tell them to ask for him. He deserves a raise. Thank you Dave!!

This was my second service call with precision since having their hurricane garage door and a k Linear garage door opener installed in 2011. Original install was very professional. First service all replaced a safety sensor that lightning got and service again excellent. Today the opener pad by door wouldn’t work and David checked everything out and found a loose wire for an easy fix. Again excellent service that was not only quick but very professional. Moving to a new house soon and will have them on my list to call if any garage door issues at new place. Thanks

Precision Garage Door Service came highly recommended from my father who used them previously. Jeffrey Pinney was the technician who came out to fix our garage door that wasn’t closing correctly. Jeffrey was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had no problem making an appointment that suited my schedule. I highly recommend and would use Precision Garage Door again.

I was in need of service on my door opener. I used Precision once before for a spring/coil repair and was happy with the service, so I decided to call again this time. Your Technician Craig Earle was fantastic! He kept me informed of his arrival time, was professional and very personable. He stayed late to complete an installation of a new opener and explained the features it had. I couldn’t be happier! Thanks Precision and Thanks to Craig too!
