Awesome service! Our door technician John Tsangarinos was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, efficient and showed up on time. He made my wife and I feel like helping us to have a safe and well-operating garage door was his priority. He even helped us program our key pad and cars (we recently purchased our home and hadn’t been able to figure out how to do the programming). We definitely recomment Precision Garage Doors and John!

My garage door openers started working up (they are very old) and had Precision come out to give me a quotation on putting new ones in. My old ones came with the house and where installed in 1998. Service tech was very professional and provided a quotation and recommended some additional items (cable and rollers for the big door). Agreed to the items and he finished everything. My garage door has never been as quite and now it works with our cars as well. Very pleased with the quality and professionalism of this company. I would highly recommend.

Able to schedule quickly, Technician called while on the way as well as arrived during the time window . Explained the problem and offered options for repair. He explained how to use the wi-fi capability. Very polite !

Jordan was awesome! Very punctual, efficient and honest. He explained my cost, what needed to be fixed and how long it would take and he was on point (It didn’t hurt that he was super cute too ????). My garage door has never been so quiet and efficient! I would definitely recommend precision.

This is a very competent repair and installation company. They are willing to educate you with no pressure as to the best short and long term solutions for your repair. James was great, and answered the silliest of questions. Mostly great prices, they are a little on the higher side compared to others on parts, BUT their lifetime warranty and quality of service is worth it. AVOID FUTURE HEADACHES, and use the most reliable and honest team out there. And no, I am not an employee.
