Friday night, end of the week, ready to relax. CRASH! The garage door goes down. Called Precision and was welcomed by Amy who was friendly, efficient and she got us in for appointment later in the day. Wesley arrived even before the time span given, he was polite, friendly and efficient. We realized he was also knowledgeable when he went over all our options with explanations to all of our questions. Precision is lucky to have Westley on their team, we are so happy. Talent like Westley sould be rewarded.

Superior work and quality. Bryan and Stacey were prompt, courteous and experienced. Full explanation followed they install including programing of a control on one of our vehicles that we did not no existed. Highly recommended. Everything except the rails and door were replaced on our 16 year old system.
