Technician was qualified and personable. Explained what was necessary to fix my problem and finished the job in the time limits he mentioned. Fully explained the is see yes with my older garage door motor and its problems. Would recommend Precision to anyone.

Wesley was prompt and called about 20 minutes before arriving. He assessed the situation quickly and gave me several options to fix the issue. For me, the best option was to replace the existing door opener since it was over 25 years old and on its last leg. Wesley removed the old door opener and put in a belt drive opener. The new opener is very quiet and fast. He also installed a keypad opener and walked me through all the functions of the new system.

I was very pleased with the door I received from Precision Door in Pasco County. The estimator that came out was very nice and friendly she took all my information and got me an estimate that was great. I even got a military discount for being a veteran. They came out on a Saturday on both occasions they did my install on a Saturday they were on time and very fast. I would recommend them to anyone.
