    I called on Saturday, Chris came out on Sunday, earlier than promised (but called first to make sure it was OK!). He was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable and he fixed the problem pretty quickly, and the charge was reasonable. He gave me some advice on service another door might need but didn’t push to get the order right then. I will call them back to fix that door when I’m ready. I wish all home repairs were this way!

    Installer was on time and polite. He did a great job. He showed up on a Saturday evening in a rainstorm and got right to work. I called at noon on Saturday and they came out the same day. Awesome customer service. I highly recommend Precision.
