The service was excellent! Chris Carales was our technician and he provided my with a call before he arrived to let me know he was coming. He was knowledgeable and professional. He fixed our garage door in no time and provided me with all of my options. I will definitely recommend Chris and Precision Doors to friends.

Your man Chris did a superior job of replacing the worn-out springs and rollers, including a coating of the garage door to help it work more efficiently. It is so refreshing to encounter a young man who is proud of his job and does it well. He was very patient with this old lady and explained every step of the repair.

My technician, Jeffrey, was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He worked with me to determine the best way to fix my issue on a tight budget. He advised me on future repairs that may pop up but did not pressure me into doing those repairs immediately. The office called me to move up my appointment time and Jeffrey called me when he was on his way then arrived when he said he would which is refreshing. I would highly recommend this company.

Jose Rosario’s, was outstanding he got our door up so we could get our car out of the garage. He then explained that the door was beyond repair. He suggested a new door and motor replacement.
