I was pleased with the service and the personality of your technician although I feel your pricing was off the chart. I think the parts and service I received was way over priced. I did not like the way the pricing was explained to me on a hand written note pad. I did some research first on pricing before the technician arrived and felt I was taken advantage of for the repair. I should have went with my gut and saved myself 400.00 dollars. Unless you have money to burn I would not recommend your service

Keith from Precision installed new springs on our double garage door several years ago. We were having more problems so we gave Precision a call and they sent Keith out to take a look. The springs needed adjustment so Keith did that for us at no charge. Appreciated the prompt (called this morning – Keith was here by 11 am) service.
