I chose Precision due to TV commercial + phone book listing. Craig, the Service Tech, efficiently replaced outside key pad in addition to replacing all roller bearings within an hour. Tech also very courteous and professional.

The technician diagnosed a problem with the garage door spings system that has been a problem for several years.Other garage door company said it was okay but it wasn’t. He did a great job and left the area clean when finished.
