Quick service! The evening of the day I called to request an estimate on repairing my garage door panel their was a person there to give me the quote. Everyone worked around my schedule so I wouldn’t have to miss a meeting I needed to attend. The work was done a day ahead of schedule and everything was left neat and tidy. Word to the wise – open your garage door before you back out!

The tech (Andrew) that was sent to service our door couldn’t have been better. On time, informative, knowledgeable, and best of all, very personable. I had a “popping” in the door when we opened it every time. We looked at all the possibilities of the cause and couldn’t find a thing. Finally he noticed the “rack” above the door (where we stored items) had moved just a slight bit and the door was touching it on the way up. Andrew made a minor adjustment and problem solved. Would give Andrew and Precision the highest recommendation possible. We have used them numerous times.

Mike did a quick and efficient job in fixing the photo eye of the door closer. It was not closing when the sunlight was bright on the door opening. Now it works and there was no charge since the work came under the first year electrical warranty. Greatly appreciate the quick scheduling and work completion.

I would like to take this time to recognize Mr Tsangarinos . I have use your service for at least 10 years and needed your service on today. 7/14 Mr Tsangarinos came to service my equipment and diagnose the issue which was more serious then I realize I was overcome with tears. you see I was diagnosed with Cancer 6 weeks ago, no income and a single problem. He immediately had empathy for me explain I was a valuable Customer and can do a temp fix. I was beyond words you see I have never experience this from a Service Tech. I am so grateful for your Service and will be a lifetime Member. Ps He also explain your payment terms, educated me on the issue and showed me the problem. I thank you for hiring him. We were very pleased with the service we received today. Technician was very polite and answered all our questions.We didnt know we would need a new garage door opener but our old one was 15 years old and wouldn’t pay to repair it. We didn’t feel pressured by Keven the technician to buy today but felt very comfortable with the product and price we were quoted. I would recommend this company.
