    We used Precision once before in Oakstead community and we love the job they did and I decided I would like to use them again and we had Arnold Simpson who was so very, very nice and very helpful. He explained everything to me and to deal with the issue we had for the garage door and the code to get in and out.

    James Mantsch was our technician today who fixed our garage door. He was knowledgeable, personable and efficient. Our garage door was old and not operating very well so after discussion we decided it needed to be repaired along with the springs , keypad and bearings. What a difference! James showed us how to program our keypad for WiFi and other functions. We were pleased with his work.
