excellent service… the appointment online process was super simple to use. less than 24 hrs. I received a very courteous call by the company rep securing the appointment that best suited me and a follow-up call to inform me of an earlier available appointment, which I took. The Tech (Keith) arrived on time, was very professional in reviewing my options of repairs, was very knowledgeable of the system I owned and the rep performed the replacement of springs quickly and left the workplace clean. Would recommend this company to my friends… KUDOS to your professionalizim and a big Thanks for a job well done!

The technician was very nice and did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. He ended up replacing the springs, opener and other parts and everything is working great. However, I have a little bit of buyer’s remorse. I was stuck in my garage and I feel like they gouged me on the price. I’m fine with paying a premium for the same day service but after doing research on what was done the premium was a lot more than I think it should have been. This low rating is based on price alone. Technician was great.

It is always a pleasure when you are service not only by a true professional, but also a polite and courteous one also. We were able to experience this with Jordan. From the ringing of our doorbell, and even after the work was completed, the experience was a true pleasure. He not only explain what need to be done, but also showed and described the completed repair. I will recommend Precision & Jordan to family & friends.

Precision was well represented by all employees related to the service call. The serviceman (Robert) was on time and quite knowledgeable with the door. He took time to explain what needed repairing and and went to work promptly and completed the job in a timely manner. Robert was very polite and represented Precision in an professional manner. I will recommend Precise to all my neighbors.
