My spring was broken. The tech was really nice! However, when I called they gave me an estimate of $65 to $118 and she said the tech would be able to tell me what it would be when he got there. So I was expecting to pay no more than $200.00. When the young man told me it would be $565 I was shocked! He said I needed other things to make it last longer. I didn’t get them and it still ended up costing me $256.00 I won’t use them again.

Another storm coming to Florida. No worries. We have a fabulous precision garage door now. Pricey sure…but you get what you pay for. In our State you should opt for the best available for peace of mind and increasing the value of your home. And the service for adjustments and repairs is second to none. Do I love my garage door? Yes I do. Do I appreciate Precision for my installation and service after the sale? Yes I do!!!

Called Precision Garage Doors last night (8/28/19 as my garage door wouldn’t open. Told the receptionist I needed an appointment for the following day which she made for me between 10 and 2. About 12:15 Kevin Cutolo called me and said he would be by in about 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem as a spring breakage, which blew the motor on the opener. He also stated the end bearings on the right and left side needed replacing. Asked him to make the repairs. He was very professional in his explanation of the issues to me, he left the job site clean of debris and ensured everything was in correct working condition before he left. I am highly satisfied with this experience

jimmy came today..very personable, professional, and knowledgeable…replaced both springs and 3 bearings in less than 30 minutes….top notch
