Josh clearly explained the spring choices I had and the differences in the three choices. He also pointed out that for bearing were showing wear and suggested that I should replace them. Josh was professional and the work was completed in the time he said it would be.

My Garage door slammed down. David Crowe came and solved the problem. He explained to me everything he was doing. Even in a terrible thunderstorm his demeanor was very pleasant. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

Michael was awesome. On time, professional, personable and got the repair fixed to keep my garage door open and not sliding back down when I had to pull the emergency unlock cord. It was not staying up so I could get my car up if the electricity would go off. Now with a little tightening of the coils, it’s like new again. Thank u & so glad I called u guys!

Excellent response to my phone call that my garage door would not open or shut. A few hours after my call, I open my door to see the smiling face of the repair man. I think his name was Isaac. He was cheerful, and he repaired my door in a few minutes. It is wonderful to know that when a call to Precision is made, they aren’t kidding when they say you will have your problem solved on the same day. Thank you very much!!

I placed a call for repair or replacement of my garage door. With the cost of my husbands medication for his health issue, I had to cancel the work. I appreciate the fact they cancelled and refunded my deposit without a problem.
