This was my first time using Precision, my technician was Jordan Tompkins he was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I explained my problem to him, then Jordan performed a complete inspection when done he explained every issue to ensure I understood. Once the job was completed I must say I was very pleased. Technician called ahead to say he was on the way. He was dressed neatly, he was polite, informative about what needed to be done. He performed the installation in a timely fashion and explained how the system worked. I was pleased with the job he did for me.

JERRY gave us an early phone call to alert us of the impending arrival of the Precision Garage Door Team, and to have the garage area clear of cars and obstacles. Upon JERRY and SHERMANS arrival, they were very professional and quick. Once the install was complete JERRY put the garage door “ through it’s paces “ and lubricated it thoroughly, and instructed me on bi-monthly lubrication points of the garage door.
