Precision has made several service calls to our home in the past. Since we are repeat customers we are obviously satisfied customers. This recent event resulted in a very positive service provided. Josh Hink was the responding tech whose service and professionalism was outstanding. Also, it was apparent from Josh’s comments that he is very pleased with his association with Precision. He is a good ‘positive’ advertisement for his employer. Thanks to Josh and the Precision team in general for a job well done.

thanks! Mike Fanning was awesome! Sunday is not the best day to have any kind of issue with your garage and particularly when it is stuck halfway open and will neither open or close………since you’ve backed your car into it….. Mike was certainly professional,courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and assured me he’d be able to fix/repair it and did so! Precision and Mike totally met my expectations and actually exceeded them! I normally don’t give 5 stars when rating any service or company; however, I can find nothing lacking in any aspect of the job Precision Door performed at my home on Sunday. Josh Hink was very good at explaining what my alternatives were and then completed the job quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the end result.

We called precision because they did a wonderful job a while ago and we needed their help again. They showed up promptly even earlier than expected. Their employee Robert trotter was very patient and polite he answered all our questions and explained everything he was doing and why. We would never hesitate to call Precision again if need be.
