    I’m new to the area so I asked a neighbor if she knew of a company that she could recommend to fix my garage door wall opener and provide me a new remote opener as I had lost mine the night before. She said she had a good experience with Precision when the spring broke on her opener. To my surprise, when I called Precision, I was able to speak to a person, not a phone tree. The tech was at my house less than 2 hours later. He quickly found a couple of bad wires in the wall opener and installed new wires. Then he programmed the 2 remotes I asked him for–so if I misplaced a remote–I’d have a spare. Very pleased with Precision’s tech, promptness and service.

    We chose Precision Doors because we were not satisfied with Genie products and the companies that sell Genie. Precision does not sell Genie (thank goodness) and their products are better quality and their technicians are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
