We are very happy with the service we received. The response to our call for assistance was prompt and all of the options available to solve our problem were reviewed. We had a new garage door installed with a new opener and keypad. The work was completed quickly and cleanup was handled just as efficiently. It is obvious the installer knew what he was doing. Afterwards he spent some time programming the openers for our autos and reviewed the maintenance required to keep everything working. We are completely satisfied! Thank you.

Jim Mantsch did a great job ! Diagnosed the problem relatively quickly and explained all the options. Garage Door needed a new opener and rollers. Did a lot of work in a very short time and had all the needed parts on the truck so there was no delay. I’d call them again if I had another problem.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Precision. I thought I was going to need a new garage door and track. My tech, Robert Trotter came out and was able to get my garage door fixed and running smoother than ever within 2 hours. I would highly recommend Precision and even more so Robert Trotter. A+ job guys

Great job! Tech showed up on time and work was done quickly. All service/parts explained clearly before work done. Didn’t try to oversell. Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 was phone associate pricing miscue. When asked directly, quoted $65-125+ per spring, and affirmed that labor was included in that price. Labor was actually $280 more. I’m ok with the price, just would have appreciated a clearer ballpark before tech arrived.
