The service rep was courteous, arrived earlier than expected which was a big bonus, was knowledgeable and very professional. He reprogrammed the opener and explained everything thoroughly. I believe he is great public relations for your company. The last rep who serviced our garage door was also exemplary. Your advertising on TV led me to first call for help. Best decision ever!

After a recent lightening strike we called Precision Door to come to repair our garage door which would not open. They originally installed our door and we were pleased with the service then. They did not disappoint this time either. A knowledgeable and professional service man arrived promptly and found the motor to the garage door opener had been ” fried”. he had the needed part on his truck, completed the repair and reprogramed all of our remotes in a very efficient and courteous manner. Kudos to this excellent company. We would not consider using anyone else for our garage door needs.

We had used Precision before. For this call they performed just as well – prompt, knowledgeable, diligent and fairly priced. Craig was the technician, and he was terrific. He replaced the seal at the bottom of the door, and also the springs. Would definitely use Precision again if needed.

The large main spring over the garage door broke in half, could not open the door. I remembered seeing your commercials on tv and decided to call. I made the call on a Sunday, but unfortunately they could not come out till Monday. They accommodated the time frame that I needed for Monday and the Technician called me, told me his name and said he was on his way. Joshua, the technician was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions, and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door and if I ever need them in the future, I would not hesitate to call. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

John ( A ) Pappas was professional and very efficient. He offered 3 levels of repair and we went with the maximum. john showed me how to use the aerosol spray lubricate on the track, wheels and hinges and said twice a year will be sufficient. I would recommend him to anyone who asks me.

I chose Precision upon the recommendation of my son who had seen your TV Ads. John Tsangarinos did an outstanding job. He made sure I was aware of the options on level of repair (Warranty Length)and completed the job efficiently.

This evening Mike showed up to repair my garage door opener. Instead we purchased a new opener since ours was rather old and under powered. Mike was excellent very friendly and easy to deal with. I appreciate having him giving me a veterans discount. He reprogrammed our outside keypad and even the remote button in my car. I would definitely use Precision again.

Excellent service and the installer was quick and cleaned up after himself. He should wear a mask when dealing with the customer.
