Brian Harmon was my tech and he was super. Altho the issue I had with my unit (burned out circuit board) was not repairable by him due to parts having to come from another company, he diagnosed the problem and fully explained what was wrong and why it happened. Couldn’t have been nicer or more informative. Kudos to you Brian!!

Best company ever! Service provided: broken spring plus replaced all the rollers and other moving garage door parts. 1. They came out and repaired our garage door 2 HOURS before the other company I called even called me back. 2. Our technician, Mike F. was super nice, professional, and provided us with several service options so we could make the best decision based on our budget. 3. My garage door works so great now it barely even makes a sound when we open it – like buttah!

We had a problem with our garage door opener responding to the remotes. The service technician came out promptly and text the problem under warranty. It was very friendly and gave us some pointers on having our cars communicate with the garage door opener instead of the remotes.

On Sunday, the spring on the garage door broke and the door could not be opened even manually. Immediate response, scheduling and an inspection the same day. Installation of a new door the next day. From the initial telephone call through completion of the door installation the staff were courteous, respectful, and efficient. Telephone follow up, notification prior to arrival, positive attitude of employees greatly appreciated. A rarity among many service providers today.

Shane from Precision arrived within a few hours of my call and did at great job. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the problem and optional solutions in detail. My old door runs like brand new again. Smooth and quiet with a 5 year warranty on the repairs. Fast, excellent service at the same price as others. No reason to go anywhere else. Thanks.
