Excellent service. Problem on Saturday night, and up and running by Sunday, early afternoon. Jordan Tompkins replaced the broken torsion springs and cable winding drums in record time. (At least I think so.) Also adjusted my garage door opener to match the new part’s specifications. A little bit pricey, but you definitely get the service for which you pay. What a great experience we had with Precision! I called around 8:00 am on Friday morning after discovering our garage door would not open, trapping both our cars inside. With a full day of appointments, it was a bit stressful. I pleaded to try and have someone come as soon as possible and while no promises were made, we had the good fortune to have your technician Jose, call me about 45 minutes later to tell me he was on his way! Jose was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and especially kind and helpful. He diagnosed the problem, made the repairs and we could not be happier with the job he did. It would be a pleasure to refer Precision to family, friends and colleagues in the future, especially Jose. Thank you!!
