Our technician was amazing. He gave us options and we chose to have a new belt drive garage door opener with wifi installed. He was very professional. He explained all the functions of the opener, wall mount, etc. and the wifi app as well. We have used Precision for over 15 years and have always been happy with their service.

Back in 2018 my existing door opener failed and I needed service I found your add and made an appointment. You were prompt and told me the choices I had. We decided to replace the old one with one of your models. The unit has worked perfectly until just recently. I made a call and you came the same day and found that it was a minor problem, corrected it and everything is working fine again. Thanks for being so prompt.

Precision was professional and was able to get me same day service to repair a broken spring. They responded early and the technician was courteous and professional, completing the repair quickly.
