Moved into new home and garage door needed to be serviced. Called on Friday hoping to get an appointment for the following week. Came the same day. He explained everything and had an itemized list of everything that needed to be done. When the job was completed the bill was exactly what was quoted. Great job!

Why are your prices on springs and belts so high? On liftmaster web page they are both less than $80.00. Belts were worn out, had to Purchased new springs because tech would not balance door with old springs. “Company Policy”.

Chris showed up and to make a long story short, he said my door was in good shape and did not need any servicing so there was no charge. How often does that happen! He was very courteous and explained why no service was needed. You can bet that when I do have a problem. Precision will be my 1st call.

Thank you Precision. Your tech John Papas came out evaluated my system and offered me the best possible option and I was very satisfied. Springs and garage door opener were my best options. He was courteous, kind, intelligent, and most helpful and did not leave any debris. All was done to my satisfaction. I will be calling back for my rollers. The best part is that I have a 2-year warranty.
