Mickey was our trusted advisor who fixed the problem with our garage door. He also noted some other issues. He quoted us a price on everything that needed to be done and gave us different options and prices. We felt no pressure as he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He practiced social distancing and wore his mask at all times. Awesome job. We have used them before and greatly satisfied with their work and prices so we did not even call to get any other quotes. The technician I had was Austin Orton. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, presented himself well and keep me informed as to what he recommended I have done and what he was doing. He is a keeper. I would recommend him to all who might have a problem with their garage door. Great service.

Terrific experience to fix an annoying problem. I called with my garage door issue and a technician was out the very next day. The gentleman arrived on time, was respectful of the craziness in our household and saved me a ton by repairing not replacing. I would call Precision any time I had a problem.

I am completely satisfied with the service. I have used the company before. I called after 8am for service. I was surprised when they informed me the tech would be there between 10and2. He, Brian, arrived by 1030. Diagnosed the problem and was finished within the hour. The door works like a new one, sound and operation. I was really impressed!
