Had the original springs when the house was built 17 years ago and they were finally about to give. I reached out to Precision Doors due to their ratings and years of providing services. Chad Donovan was my tech and he was attentive to my concerns and needs. His recommendations for repairs was spot on. I was amazed on both his professionalism and knowledge. He completed my repairs in less than an hour and my door now opens and closes whisper quiet. I highly recommend Precision doors for all garage door replacement and repairs.

Replaced broken drive chain with one much stiffer and efficient. Lubricated door opener making it much quieter. I’m more than satisfied with Precision’s service.

Great customer service from phone call to Technician (Tim Vaughn). Tim was very polite and explained in depth the issues and the work to be done. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

The technician, Joshua was great. He was very professional and after assessing the problem with the garage door he explained the problem with the door and provided what I felt was a fair estimate to repair the door. He then repaired the door that day, from the time he got here to the finishing of the repairs was a total of at least 2 hours! I was very impressed and when I build my house I will definately be using them again.

Our system was the original system from build in 2007. We had everything but the actual door replaced. Josh was on time, and very knowledgeable on what we needed. He gave us an estimate with 3 price points for quick fix vs. replacing. We chose to replace everything since it was old. Better to do that than have to keep replacing a little at a time.
