    Our garage door made a loud crunching noise and would not open up. Called 2 companies but couldn’t come out for 3 days. Called Precision and they were at our home within 3 hours. Techs were knowledgeable and friendly. Installed a new garage door opener in a timely manner. Highly recommend Precision.

    I’ve used Precision in the past and was very satisfied with their service; that was the main reason I chose them again. Tanner, one of their newest technicians did a thorough, professional examination of my garage door system and identified several issues, which I had suspected, and gave me a comprehensive option of services (with prices) to consider, along with the ones he recommended as most critical. He accepted my choices without hesitation and completed the job in less than two hours. What really impressed me was the fact that his trainer was with him and observed everything he did, but allowed him to take charge of the job and run with it – without interference. I could not have been happier with the quality of the completed job – AND at a fair price. I don’t expect to need them again for a long time; but if/when I do, I’ll call them first
