We called Precision based on the commercials and reviews. Daron arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly (why our garage door squeaks and creaks at a very high volume) and gave me three fixes. I appreciated the time he took to run over the options and the door definitely sounds better than when he got here. I would hire Precision again based on my experience.

The turn-around time from my initial call to installation was shocking and outstanding. I was a bit concerned about paying too much and wanted to get several quotes. When the tech arrived he was personable, extremely knowledgeable and did not try to sell me more than I needed. I trusted him, felt that he was being 100% truthful and the company warranty gave me all the confidence I needed to hire Precision on the spot without additional quotes from other companies. Excellent Service and I anticipate an excellent product as well (just installed yesterday).

A very satisfying experience, from your sales/designer to your installers. Very professional and helpful. Melanie guided us through the design process and we ordered the door , when we had to go back north early Precision said no problem, they would store it until we returned to Dunedin. when I called and said we would be flying in for just a week they arranged to install the door on schedule. the installers were great. Very happy and would choose Precision again.

J. Long was my technician. He was excellent. He knew what he was doing and did the repair very quickly. I asked if he minded if I watched as I never had seen anyone work on the door before. He kept working as I watched. After he finished he asked if I had any questions. I think he is a credit to your company.

Amazing experience I highly recommend this company. Robert was my technician. Not only did he fix the issue I had but was honest and didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. As a matter of fact I was the one that inquired on a replacement option just because my motor for the garage sounds a bit rough. Robert explained to me clearly the reason for the rough noise and gave me options based on what I was looking for. Long story short as soon as the holidays are gone I’m going with one of the options the he recommended. Couldn’t speak better for precision the name says it all thank you precision and above all thank you Robert for your hard work and most important your honesty.

Garage spring broke on Thanksgiving Day. I call for service on Friday morning, they said they wood have someone out between 1200 – 4:00. They call back and said they could have someone out earlier. They were here about 11:00 am. Chris was our tech, very professional, did a great job. Thanks Precision Garage Door.
