My garage door was not closing. It turns out that the safety eye device at the bottom of the door had been bumped and was out of alignment. The technician advised me to watch it in the future as even a small movement could causeca problem. He then checked out the door electronics. I was not charged a fee for the service and this was a Sunday afternoon.

SOOOO HAPPY ! ! ! Our service technician (Arnold) arrived ON TIME and was very knowledgeable and professional. Even though the broken spring was obvious, he inspected the door and advised of possible problems we were not aware of. No high pressure but since it had been 20 years since the door was last repaired there were issues that need to be addressed. Arnold did the agreed upon repairs, he even had all of the necessary parts on his truck, none of this I’ll pick up the parts and be back tomorrow! Very happy with Arnold and Precision. Will definitely be my first call for any repair in the future.

I called your company because you installed my garage door. the cable had broken and door was not working,Your tech John, arrived early, which was great. He replaced the cable. He finished quickly and was on his way. He was very helpful, very pleasant, and professional, as well. I’m sure he is a great asset to you .r company.
