I’ve been using your company for years for garage door repairs. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the generous way the technician spoke to the manager or owner and was able to put the cost of the repairs under the warranty. I want you to know that I could not have had the door repaired otherwise. I am I Winter Haven Hospital with an infection that the infectious disease doctor is trying to get under control with IV antibiotics. I feel so helpless but really appreciate your kindness and generosity. Precision delivers what they promise. They come out at just about any hour, the technicians are knowledgeable and explain what work was done. When I experienced a secondary problem, it was taken care of right away and covered under the warranty for my repair. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

I am shocked at how much this cost – now that I got an earful from my son and I did my own research and called other companies. I was completely taken advantage of since I didn’t know what this would normally cost. So ridiculously upset with myself that I assumed this company would treat me fair and not just someone to take advantage of. I would call around and NOT use this company.

Brian installed a new spring almost a year ago and he came out again when I requested a “maintenance” check on noises I was hearing. He said it was just the chain drive and everything looked fine, for a 10 year old motor. He lubed everything and covered it under the warranty. Great personnel and service, for sure.

From the initial call through the entire repair, top notch customer service and workmanship. Same day service! Repair tech, Joshua, is the best. I recommend a raise for him. He explained the differences in the spring quality, was not pushy in upselling. Made it my decision and based on his knowledge and great customer service, I went with the top of the line replacement parts! Would recommend Precision and Joshua to anyone at any time. They had installed the door opening mechanisms in 2007. I called late in the day, and they had arranged a service for 8a – 10am next day. Techician quickly found the springs were too old, weak, and had strained one of the belt drives, causing it to break, which had stopped door opening. Very proffesional repair, knew exactly what to do, changed all three springs, the broken belt, and adjusted both doors. All within an hour or so, and carried it out with expertise. Very professional. AAA+

Heard a bang in the garage after 5 on a Saturday, I was able to get an appointment on a Sunday with the most professional technician and by 7 pm on Sunday my issue was fixed but the experience was quick, courteous and professional .

I called Precision late on Saturday, looking for an appointment one day the following week. They gave me an appt the very next day….Sunday! The gal on the phone, Brie, was very sweet. And, the service rep was courteous, kind, and took the time to explain things to me. I’m nearly 80 and know nothing about garage doors. The whole process was much less traumatic than I expected due to Josh’s kindness and expertise.
