The Tech explained the necessary work needed. He itemized repairs needed in the near future and replaced the worn out Genie. Precision has completed any needed work in the past. Their service is good and they are quick to respond.

Great Experience! Every homeowner dreads a problem with their garage door but I called your company to repair a minor issue. I received an appointment in less than a day and the technician, Zackery, solved the problem. He provided a written estimate, was polite and professional, perform the work in a very short period of time, and make sure to clean up after the work was completed.

I choose Precision because of their presence in the community. I see their trucks all over our area. So I called and made a appointment, and got service next day, awesome! Josh was the tech that came out to my house, and My Man was, the man for the job! Great service, very professional and personable! Explained the job from start to finish. And got my garage door back in Tip-Top shape you can only about 2 hours. Highly recommend Precision as a company to turn to when you garage door is not working correctly!

I called all over and couldn’t get anyone to even answer the phone I worked with Precision a while back I remembered and gave them a call. they were very pleasant and I got an appointment within in a few hours on a Saturday. They sent out a great guy and his name was Arnold Simpson. This gentleman was on time, very Knowledgable, explained every detail and answered all my questions and then he went to work. He did everything except my garage door. He was quick and clean and went over everything he installed with me at the end. He was just the perfect great guy to have done that job that I needed so desperately. I really appreciate people like this, honest and sincere and liked doing what he has done for a long time. All I can say is Thanks to Precision Garage doors and to Arnold Simpson.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company it’s employees. Chris W. came & did the initial inspection & estimate. I was given options as things were pretty worn out besides our mishap of cable braking & needed rehung. I wasn’t pressured into anything & given time to look it over & decide on things. The very next day due to Chris M. being off Jesse B. came & fixed everything up for me. He truly went above & beyond & I appreciate that greatly! Both Chris M. & Jesse we’re on time, professional, friendly & informative. I also spoke to office staff & I apologize but I did not get the names of the ladies I spoke with but both were excellent & super nice! I can not say enough about how refreshing it was to have such a great experience & meet such wonderful people. I 110% recommend calling Precision if you need any garage door services. Ps. I liked the email of knowing who was coming that is an extra nice touch of security for your customers. Great idea!
