We were very pleased with the courteous, professional and knowledgeable service provided by our technician, Josh. After fixing our garage door, he took the time to explain the reason for our problem. We were very happy with the service Josh provided.

We chose Precision for our “Post Ian” garage door repair as a result of a previous excellent experience with the company. We could not have asked for any better experience than we had yesterday. When we called Precision, they gave us a range of time when they would be able to get to us and advised that our technician would be in touch before coming. Arnold Sinmpson, the technician who was assigned to us, called to advise when he would be to our house and was there well within the projected time from our original call. After we had lost power we opened our garage door manually, however we inadvertently created a problem so that once power was restored the door would not then close. Mr. Simpson made certrain that he understood what we had done, analyzed the situation, and explained our options and the costs involved. We at no time felt pressured and understood what he was telling us. Mr. Simpson did an outstanding job in both his explanation and his installation of the new parts that were needed. After installation, he carefully explained the differences in how our door opener would operate now versus to the pre-storm operatrion. I cannot be any more empanhtic in saying what an outstanding and professional job Arnold Simpson did. He is an outstanding representative for Precision and I would recommend both the company and Mr.Simpson without reservation.

Big thanks to Joshua Figueroa for getting our door back up and running. He was nothing but professional, courteous, and efficient.
