Not only was he extremely friendly, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the repairs, options and answered all my questions. I have been dealing with Precesion since I bought my house 12 years ago for repairs as well as replacement hurricane doors and openers. They have always been exceeding professional, efficient, and prompt. Their staff is always top rate and a pleasure to deal with including my last mechanic, Nick. Kudos to. Precision!

My Technician, Isak, was great. He was prompt, reviewed how my door was currently operating, told me what it needed and provided me an estimate and, upon my approval, proceeded to replace the rollers and do maintenance on my door. He also left me some spray lubricant and showed me where to apply it in the future to help keep my door running smooth. I will use Precision Overhead Garage Door company again, should I need future service.

Arnold Simpson did an awesome job creatively solving a problem with a spring that was too strong for my too light door. He was on time, creative, competent, friendly, and professional. He said he’s worked for Precision for 13 years and they “are a great company”. I have to agree with him.
