Travis came out to the house this morning, he is a very nice individual. I showed him the problem. He looked it over and explained what had happened, and gave me 3 options to fix it. I had it fixed and it is so quiet and works great. I am very pleased with Travis, I will definetly recommend them. And will use them in the future if needed.

As I was backing out of my garage I failed to notice that the door was not up all the way and crashed into it. Thanks to service technician Chris Johnson for saving the day. He arrived promptly and was courteous and professional. After assessing the situation he was able to open the garage door enough for me to get my vehicle out and then was able to close and secure it. Unfortunately for me it was beyond repair and I will need to replace the very old door, but thanks to Precision my new door will be installed in less than 48 hours on Christmas Eve no less! Thank you!

I had two springs and cables replaced on my single garage door. The estimate at the time of service was $649. I told the tech that I was going to seek some other bids, as I felt that was too high. He asked me what I thought it should be. I agreed to $500, based on web research and because it would save me time. The Tech (Charles) had to call his manager to confirm (which he did) Charles did a great job in the installation and explaining what was wrong. Took a little over an hour for the total visit. In retrospect, the final cost of the service was very high. The Amazon cost for high grade springs and cable is less that $150. Remember I was originally given an estimate of $649. Charles indicated that my door also needs new rollers too, but I won’t use Precision for that work. I’m sure I’ll be able to find a qualified garage door company that can do it for less than whatever Precision quotes. Final assessment – Responsive, courteous, good installation, solved the problem, but too expensive. Other companies are probably more price competitive. I would not use Precision again.

Your technician Chris assessed the problem with my garage door opener he discussed my options. We decided to install a new opener he informed me of the equipment available and we decided on a Genie opener. He installed it and the quality of his knowledge and workmanship was first rate. He explained all the features of the unit and how to use all the functions. I would have no problem recommending your company to my neighbors. Thank you again for the quick service.

I had opened the door manually and forgot to lock it back in place for the garage door opener to work. Chris showed me what I should do if this happens again.
