I knew I needed to have my garage door opener looked at soon because it was making a funny noise. I happen to see a Precision Garage Door van driving through my community. I stopped the driver, Nick and he happily followed me home to look at my issue. Just doing that alone, warrants a 5 star review, but the service I received once he inspected my opener was top notch. Within 2 hours time, I have a brand new Genie opener with a 3 yr warranty and knowing I don’t have that worry any longer eases my mind. Great job, Nick!

Michael Freeman responded promptly and showed up early as the repair and install had to be completed on the same day. The dispatcher was courteous and responsive and kept me informed of the technician’s arrival. Michael was thorough in explaining the available options and very professional in his services, explanation and demonstration of the unit after installation, and advised of future maintenance as well. He went above and beyond and my overall experience with this company was excellent. Highly recommend!

We call Precision when our garage door would not close. Within 24 hours we had a tech out who was polite and knowledgeable. The wonderful office staff kept us informed to the techs arrival as he was a bit delayed. A very professionally run organization.

Only submitted this review because we got an e-mail requesting it… We requested a quote to have a broken spring repaired on our seven year old home. We asked several folks in our neighborhood with similar home models how much they paid for the same repair. The answers varied from $200 – $470. After receiving other quotes, Precisions quote came in at over $1,800! That’s almost four times the price of the next highest quote that we received ($460). Further, the technician insisted on rebuilding our entire garage door system because Precision doesn’t Wayne Dalton parts. Huge waste of our time and Precision’s gas to drive out. Not only that, the technician insisted that we lift our 230lbs garage door so that he wouldn’t need to pass through the house. Mind you, I’m a disabled-veteran. Highly-unprofessional – avoid! Our large neighborhood community group got a pretty good laugh out of the quote. Suppose I should have the VA bill Precision for my next chiropractors appointment.
