Prompt and great service provided by Robert T. Very please with his work. He replaced my garage springs, bearings and shaft. He also fixed the rattling noise my garage door made when opening and closing it. I will definitely recommend them to anybody!

Mr. Jimmy Johnson was a lifesaver. He was professional and informative throughout the process. I appreciate how he explained what was needed and I can’t believe how quick and efficient he was at repairing my garage door and opener after I backed into it. Precision came within 2 hours of my call. Assessed the issues and came back the next morning to install custom sized springs which they made in the morning along with all the other parts, a new opener and overhead light. Orion was a delight to work with. He was there all day and before he left he programmed everything including the button in my car. Exceptional service from Precision. Thank you

This is not the first time we’ve had Precision out to service our garage door, and like the other times they did not disappoint. Our tech Josh was fantastic and knowledgeable and courteous, and he made a lot of effort to clean up behind himself which I really appreciate. Thanks Josh! We’ve known of Precision for a while because of their support to the Joy FM, which as a long time listener and supporter is very much appreciated.
