Matt, the tech that came out was just fabulous. Neat and clean, very efficient, and done in a little over an hour. Had to replace the motor to tame our very loud opener. He was also very pleasant, and nice,too. We are so happy we got Matt for our tech. You cannot even hear our garage door open anymore, our dog will not know when to let me know when my boyfriend gets home, cause he cannot hear it either. Thanks Precision.

We were in need of repairing our garage bay door due to damage on the upper left spring drum. We called Precision Inc to see if they could repair our door and they were fast to respond. Within a day they had two repair technician repairing our door. They both were professional and super nice while in our facility. I recommend them to anyone that needs any repairs on garage doors.

Door was making all kinds of noise. Call Precision about 9:00 a.m. they were here around 1:00 p.m. very nice representative, explain the problem, fix the garage door and played with my dog. Such a nice young man will definitely recommend to all my friends
