Able did a good job. I was hoping you could just adjust it to go all the way down again but he said I needed a new head so he installed it quickly. Everything went smoothly and I think the overall experience was very good. I’m glad I called precision if I should have any further problems, I believe I get a one-year warranty on his work. James Baran came to my home yesterday to diagnose an issue with our garage door opener. He was a joy to deal with. He was patient with my explaining the issue and was quick to diagnose the issue. He thoroughly checked our garage door opener and garage door components. He explained what was causing the reported issue, the repair needed, and took time to make a slight adjustment to the actual door that he found in his inspection. He also was able to point out some needed future maintenance that will be needed on on door. James and Precision Garage Door are number 1 in my book, and I would highly recommend them.
