Precision came out the same day I called. They post pictures of their repairmen for your safety. The person they sent arrived on time with a call ahead. Unfortunately I was not in a position to install a new system at this time. However he provided me a temporary fix enabling me to buy some time before I had to replace everything. I was very pleased with their service

Precision Garage Door always exceeds expectations when they come to check my garage door. The representative today was Michael Freeman as, is always, extremely knowledgable, professional and extremely courteous. ( even in the extreme heat warning given today) The representative has always given the best and most cost effective price on any repair that maybe needed. Response time when calling for any maintenance or repair is always quick. I will not use another company for my garage door needs.
