The repairman (Arnold Simpson) was very knowledgeable, courteous, speedy, and professional. He answered all of our questions and gave us a few tips about caring for our garage door that we hadn’t really thought much about. His service was not only proficient but enlightening as well. I will use Precision again, when needed, for any future work that may need to be done, due to this representatives positive company image! Thank you for doing such a great job!

Precision installed a hurricane rated garage door. We were generally pleased with the company and the product. However, there were two installation issues. The bottom wall brackets supporting the tracks were mounted in the wrong location. More importantly, the tech neglected to check the auto-reversing safety features. These items led to the failure of the city inspection. Precision returned and corrected the problems and a second inspection passed.

Our home got hit by lightning and knocked out garage door opener that was over 10 years old. Called Precision at 10am and by 2pm opener was fixed. Isaac came out and was friendly and full of information. Fantastic job…thank you. Jack h
