James and his assistant were friendly, courteous and professional. They remedied issues neglected by another door company and gave clear explanations of all of our repair or replace options. We appreciate that they came prepared with a well-stocked truck and can diagnose and repair any problem quickly. Invoicing was clearly itemized and indicated warranty terms. Charles was our technician and he performed an amazing job in replacing our garage door spring that broke. He also did a check a complete inspection of the door and rollers to make sure everything was working fine and even lubed the rollers. I will definitely be using Precision again if the need arises.

called about 8:am Sunday morning criss Wyckoff showed up about 10:30 newgarage door motor rail belt 2 remote new wall button& key pad plus a few door hinges!!! all very reasonable priced! and installed professionally and within an hour or two! great job! nothing but good about criss w.and his work…thanks

Issac did a great job with diagnosing the problem with garage opener and providing options for repair replacement. Matt arrived on time, explained my options, and easily installed my new garage door opener (which works more quietly than my previous one). He set up my remote within my car, and gave me separate ones for my daughter and me (when I am riding with someone else and want to reenter my house). If I ever need service on my garage door, I will ask for Mike, but he did such a good job that I doubt I will ever need him again for MANY years!
