I am very glad I contacted Precision. Scheduling the appointment online was way easy and convenient. My technician was James Long and I cannot say enough good things about him. Very polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He identified the issue immediately and provided us with options to remedy it. One of the things I liked most was that he did not attempt to pressure us into buying anything if we did not eant to. Hein addition, he explained things in a manner we could understand. James is a great representation of Precision!!! He should be cloned. Thank you, James. Thanks Precision.

I had a persistent squeak in our garage door that continued even after I thoroughly lubricated everything I knew off. After contacting Precision Door, the repairman (Chris) was able to quickly diagnose the exact location where the squeak came from (between the springs). I was impressed!
