Our decision to contact Precision was due to Stefan Harris. He was extremely courteous and professional. Listened to our concerns and evaluated the issues we were experiencing. He was extremely helpful and took the time to explain all the issues he identified and worked diligently to the best of his ability to restore a very old door. He is AWESOME!! We are extremely grateful for his expertise and genuine desire to accommodate us.

I called on a Monday morning, not expecting to be able to schedule service until later in the week. What a pleasant surprise when the young lady on the phone said they could get to me this morning. In addition to the prompt response, the technician was courteous and professional, He diagnosed my issue and in under an hour had my garage door operating perfectly. Keep up the good work.

Their Staff was on site the morning I called them! Very quick turnaround!!! When Isaac arrived he was so very personal, honest, and informative. He showed each part of the garage door and identified the broken and worn parts.

We had an outstanding experience with Precision! First, they were able to set an appointment the same day we called. Second, they were flexible when we had to call later to adjust the service window. And, best of all, was working with their service technician, Robert Trotter. He provided detailed and honest assessment of what items needed attention, while clearly explaining each. Absolutely no pressure, but just good information, with solutions offered in order of priority for safety and protection of our property. He was a pleasure to interact with…warm, personable, professional and very hard working. Every detail attended to, leaving us with a sense of assurance in the quality of the equipment and his installation. He is a true credit to his profession and to the Precision company!

I had my garage door and genie opener installed in June 2023. I also chose to participate as a member for one year and I am so glad I decided that option. The outside keypad was installed as a convenience to me, however, it would not work for me several months after it was installed. I called the genie phone number with no results except for me to contact Precision. When I called, the customer service rep. was very sincere and scheduled a service call for the next day. The technician spent 5 minutes and determined I needed a replacement keypad at no charge and it worked just like it was supposed to. No more frustration and it works like it’s supposed to. Very happy customer now!

Today I contacted Precision to repair my garage door since the right side spring broke. The lady on the phone immediately answer all my question and schedule my repair. My service expert Michel Beckum called me in advance to let me know that he could repair my door even earlier and I agreed. Michel showed up at my door as a total profesional answer all questions and repaired my door in what a considered record time. The process was smooth and I definitely recommend the company. I will be replacing my door and won’t even look any further. Precision will do it.
