I called because we had used this company several years ago for a garage door alignment. I first spoke with Anthony who politely and efficiently assessed my situation, explained my options, and set up an evening appointment with a tech for the same day. Within an hour Alanna called and and said they had an earlier appointment time if I wanted it. I agreed. About 10 minutes before the appointment time the technician, Chad, arrived. He assessed the unit and as expected advised a new one would be the way to go. (The current unit was approximately 11years old) He advised me of my options and then proceeded to efficiently and neatly remove the old unit and replace it. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. When the job was completed, he cleaned up all the debris and he went over the unit operation so I was familiar with it. All three of the employees I had contact with were great. I am very happy with the work Chad did and I do highly recommend this company to anyone in need of this service.

When the spring on my garage door broke, and I could not open my garage door, I needed someone to come out and fix it. This company advertises that they will come out the same day and they do. My technician Chris was friendly, professional, knew his stuff backwards and forwards. He showed me where things needed to be fixed and why they were a problem. We talked about what needed to be addressed now and what could wait. He fixed it and I am a very satisfied customer.
