I was having problems with my Genie Aladdin garage door opener after the install of a new router. The WiFi was checked again, and all was good. I then called Genie-Aladdin and was on the phone with them for over an hour, no luck. I called Precision Garage Door the next day and they had someone out that day to see if they could help. Precision and Dylan Harrison saved the day. The people on the phone at Precision are always polite and helpful. The tech (Dylan) worked on the issue (for over an hour) and was able to fix the problem and…my door worked. He was patient and never got frustrated. I was so relieved to have my door back in normal operation. I have used Precision for over 20 years. They take great care of me and the techs who come out to make the repairs or install are always kind and helpful. Thank You!!
