I had a fantastic experience with Precision Garage Door, thanks to their representative Sammy. He installed two garage door openers for me and did an outstanding job from start to finish. Sammy was right on time, extremely clean and organized, and very courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything, answered all our questions, and made sure we were completely comfortable with how everything worked before he left. It’s rare to find someone so professional, helpful, and respectful of your home. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door and especially Sammy for any garage door needs!

It was the weekend and our garage door decided to go caputs. I called Precision Garage Door Service, explained to the associate who answer the phone our issue and that we needed to get it fix before Monday. Associate looked up the schedule and was able to fit me in for the next day (Sunday) between 12-4. The day of service, associate arrived at exactly 12PM. Prior to his arrival, I received a text message letting me know the technician was on the way and provided a picture of the technician. This provided me a sense of security. When the technician arrived, he listened to our issue/concerns and based on what we provided he put together an estimate of the work within 5 minutes. We reviewed the estimate and agreed to proceed to have our garage door fixed. The work was completed within 45 minutes. We were very pleased with the service, pricing, and overall fast response. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services to anyone.
