Rebecca the salesperson was very nice, answered any questions we had. Vlad our installer did a great job, taking off the old garage door and installing the new one, including new garage door opener and new Torsion spring system. He quickly solved any problems he came across. Vlad took the time to make sure everything was perfect and we knew how everything worked.

We experienced a broken spring one Sunday afternoon recently After calling Precision, Christopher Elkington came out to our home within 2 hours! Christopher did a great job and explained the repair very thoroughly.

Jorge did an incredible job analyzing the problems, discussing how to best repair the equipment and his performance was excellent. Will always ask for him to do repair work. Thanks for doing the job the same day I called for our cars were trapped inside garage.

I was very pleased with the total service and installation process from Precision. Doors The salesperson was here on time. She explained several options to me to place the order The scheduling department called to make sure everything on the order was correct. We scheduled a time that was convenient. The installation crew was on time, explained exactly what they were going to do. Did it in a very professional manner? Cleaned up. And thank me for my business.What a surprise to have great service. I would do business with them again and again, if I ever made it a product they sold.

My 1st experience with Precision was in 2020, and I was taken back by their professionalism, and actually put the customers needs 1st. This company has the best staff, from office to technicians. Having trouble this week with my door not closing, they had a technician, Trevon, at my home after work same day, which in itself was amazing. Trevon was courteous, knowledgeable, but most importantly he listened to my concerns. I cant say enough about this company. I wouldn’t trust anyone else, and highly recommend them
