Our garage door was stuck in the halfway position leaving us unable to get a car in or out of our garage, and leaving valuables unprotected. I called after 5PM on a Monday and had a service call by Wayne on Tuesday by 11AM. He diagnosed it and gave me a quote to fix the door, and completed the repairs very quickly. The overall service from the initial phone call to completion was friendly and professional .

Technical couldn’t tell what is wrong with the unit beyond that it is not the sensor. Nice to know that the $50 will be applied towards a complete new opener. My opinion were $1100 or $1800. Any attempt to troubleshoot the problem is not part of the diagnostic and start at $200 to reset the controller.
