Our door suddenly started binding when closing. We called Precision and they put us on the schedule right away. Luke came out, inspected everything and diagnosed the problem right away. He made the necessary adjustments to make it right. The door works like new now. Luke was very friendly and professional. He came out, went to work right away and knew exactly what to do. Precision will be our first and only choice if any problems occur in the future. Extremely satisfied with their service.

Nice technician, no pressure sales. Did the job quickly, although I think they left behind some oily residue on the bottom of the garage door that faces the street… He cleaned up and moved stuff around on the inside very nicely though!

Called on Saturday expecting a high weekend cost. Had no idea what was wrong with the garage and had been a frustrating, bad week for me. Josh came out promptly and in no time fixed my garage. I will and have referred Precision to my neighbors and will call them whenever needed.

Our garage door opener died after 17 years so I call Precision. The tech came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. He gave us several options including patching it up to complete replacements . Decided to replace with a new Genie system with belt drive because they are so much quieter than the old chain drive we had. All work completed the same day and he had everything on the truck including rollers and a new spring. Very satisfied with the quality and the tech.
