The technician Alex was very professional and very courteous. Asked what was the problem and he when and handed my concern. I was so happy and grateful, I can open my garage door. It was such a pleasure having Isak working on my garage door. He is highly motivated and a conscientious worker. He explained clearly what he was doing and without any hesitation he answered all the questions I had. I have no reservation recommending this company as Isak has left an indelible impression.

My garage door needed one tension cable either replaced or rewound. Technician was excellent and was on site a little less than an hour. The service call was $189.95 -expensive but not unreasonable. I was then charged $ 255.00 for two 7 foot cables that retail for around $25.00.– This is not only unreasonable but needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau to warn consumers. To add insult to the situation they added another $20 for fuel for the service vehicle. I’m sure this won’t show up on their web site but at least I gave it a try.

I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door because we have used them in past years and they have proven to be very reliable! It is easy to get a same day appointment. Once, in time of dire need, they came to my assistance when my garage door would not open and I was trying to get to a doctors’ appointment on time. The professional who assisted me this past Monday was friendly, courteous, and professional. He explained in detail the things that required replacement immediately as well as the things that would eventually have to be replaced in the future. I am grateful that we found a reliable and friendly service provider for our garage door needs!

I called your company because of the add on TV. Your representative was very polite. However all your company could do is sell me a new door not fix my old one. I then called Copper Top doors for a second opinion. They were very prompt and sais they could fix the existing door panel with no problem. Instead of twenty two hundred dollars for a new door the cost was two hundred and forty dollars to repair existing door,
