A while back I had a weekend emergency and the “Fly-by-night” company that came out overcharged me and gave me insufficient parts. I called today for an appointment, you came out on time and fixed my garage door the correct way. 5 stars for professionalism 5 stars for courtesy 5 stars for caring about people’s needs. 100% recommend! Joshua Hink, the garage door technician called and came out early. He was able to give us an estimate for repairing and updating our single spring to a double spring unit. He was able to install the new unit and updates within 2 hrs. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for garage door repairs or updates. Great customer service and very friendly.

the repair price I was quoted was absolutely embarrassing. I have used Precision in prior years for a new door and repairs but I can’t see that continuing into the future. If your business policy is screw the customer and get as much money out of them as you can, I’ll find someone else.

Our experience with our technician, Michael, was amazing. Very nice and polite young man that was very professional the entire time. Precision more than met our expectations. We called on a Saturday evening, they were here by 8 on Sunday to repair our garage door. Exceptional service. We are a first time homeowner but had Precision in our rental, so due to previous experience, I already felt confident in the service we would receive. Very pleased and very happy with Precision from the initial phone call to the service. Our technician Michael, was very knowledgeable and we would always recommend him for any service or repairs.
