My experience was outstanding from my first phone call to the installation of our garage door. However, this was not our first experience with PRECISION, When you need garage door repair or installed. PRECISION IS WHO YOU CALL. My only concern is knowing that our check has been received.

Sean did an amazing job, was knowledgeable and professional. He replaced my 2 springs and 3 bearings in what seemed like no time at all. My only issue was the price. I should have done more research beforehand but what I found was surprising given what I was charged. Quick Google search shows the average for spring and labor is between 150-350 and certainly not the 378 per spring I paid. Additionally, the springs themselves couldn’t be more than 100 a piece, so I’m wondering where the rest of my money went to. It certainly doesn’t seem like I should be paying near $600 for an hour of labor.

I am so impressed with this company! The technician, Michael B., was so professional and courteous. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I understood how to operate the new system. He could not have been any nicer. I highly recommend giving them a call!

I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors! I was having issues with my garage door opener keypad. Making an appointment was easy and the young lady on the phone was very professional. The technician, Aaron, kept me informed as to his arrival time, and, when he arrived, he was very professional and pleasant. He quickly addressed the issue. Aaron also did a quick inspection of the garage door and lubricated all the hinges. He asked if I had any questions or other concerns. When he left, he thanked me for being a customer!
